What is Integration?
I think of integration as the intentional practice of being deeply with a transitional, awakening or traumatic experience; taking a big experience and letting it permeate into your lived reality, transforming you from the inside out. In practice, it’s being able to wake up and get out of bed each day with whatever external factors and internal transitions are arising. It’s making a daily practice part of your everyday routine. It’s learning how to build in self-care, self-love and self-compassion to your thoughts words actions.
Who is this spiritual integration series for?
This series is for anyone who wants to pull the pieces of themselves back together – to remember how to be whole and happy. Whether you’re integrating a silent retreat, an emotional breakdown, the death of a loved one, a traumatic experience, a rebirthing, or a sudden revelation, shattering, awakening or opening, the 21-day Integration Series will set you on the path to feeling whole again. Or maybe for the first time.
How does the 21-day meditation challenge work?
Every morning, you’ll be sent an email with a breathing and meditation practice and a daily teaching video. In total, you’re committing to 15-20 minutes per day of practice and 5-10 minutes a day of learning. You don’t have to do them all at once, you can find the times that work best for you throughout your day. Practicing every day for 21 days gives you the umph you’ve been wanting to commit to a daily practice. Once the series is over, you can keep using the same practices or continue on your own.
Daily video teachings are rooted in very simple practical tools, designed to help shift your paradigm into the new you and shed the layers you no longer need. The compounded work of a 21-day meditation challenge allows you the space to go deeper and deeper into your healing and regeneration.

Who’s guiding this journey?
Your journey will be led by Grace Bryant, a Tantra, yoga, meditation and mindfulness teacher with over 15 years of experience supporting students and practitioners on their journey back to themselves. Grace is available for questions and concerns any time during the 21 days and after. You’ll also be connected with other participants on your journey in an online forum where you can share experiences and be nurtured in community.
