Planting Seeds: Create the Relationship(s) You Want – Seoul

May 27, 2017 @ 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

We all crave more fulfilling relationships.

Relationships that celebrate our individuality and our shared vision as a couple. Where the challenges of being intimate and vulnerable with a partner are met with gratitude and a willingness to grow together.

Embark on a full day’s journey to cultivate relationships with more integrity, honesty, kindness and communication.

It might come as a surprise that we have more freedom to create and design our partnerships than we think. When we shift our attention from the “challenges and problems” to the process of growth, we have the ability to turn any connection into a more intentional, conscious relationship.

Anyone ready to design and manifest a conscious relationship is welcome, whether you’re new to this work or already on the path. While the focus of this journey is on romantic connections, the tools and strategies offered can have a powerful influence on all of your relationships, from family to business to friendships.

This intensive full-day workshop will evolve in three parts. Each employs playful exercises, deep dives of self-inquiry, interpersonal communication tools and practical action items.

Part 1. The Inner Exploration
> Deconstructing cultural norms, societal roles and taboos to uncover your unique values
> Opening beyond mental limitations
> Uncovering your unique vision of a conscious, loving relationship

Part 2. The Laboratory
> Creatively expressing your desires and needs
> Exploring what’s alive now and what’s holding you back through somatic techniques
> Developing and expressing more kindness, compassion and love

Part 3. The Culmination
> Committing to our intentions and co-creating personalized “take-home” strategies
> Creating a language and framework for holding ourselves & partners accountable
> Revitalizing and deepening your connection with an attitude of gratitude

Through the day’s exploration and play, we will address layers of self-doubt, shame and fears that prevent us from receiving unconditional love in our relationships. You will be invited to shift the paradigm of your own capacity for love, from a supposed limited resource to an unlimited flow in every area of life.

While we can’t address the entire scope of conscious relationships in one day, we can start with the fundamentals, the seeds. Planting these intentions will lead to deeper authenticity, kindness towards yourself and your partner(s), and the ability to recognize a shared vision while celebrating your individuality and uniqueness.

Open to individuals and couples of all genders, sexual orientation and relationship structures. We will specifically address how these strategies can apply to traditional and non-traditional relationship structures.

Come with an open heart and a curious mind and be ready to play, dive deep and find your edges as you create your own experience in this collaborative experiment.
